By purchasing or using our vouchers, you agree to the following terms:

1. Voucher Validity

• All spa vouchers are valid only for the service and validity period stated on the voucher.

• Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

2. Redemption

• Vouchers can only be redeemed at our spa:
  📍 9 Son Tung, Coc Leu, Lao Cai, Viet Nam

• Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Please contact us via email or phone to make a reservation.

• Customers must present a valid voucher code (digital or printed) at the time of service.

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the voucher being voided without refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Please keep your voucher code secure.

6. Service Quality & Liability

• Our spa is responsible for delivering the service stated in the voucher.

• Any issues or disputes regarding service quality should be addressed directly with our staff at the time of use.
