1. Digital Voucher Nature

• All spa vouchers sold on our website are digital products delivered via email immediately after purchase.

2. No Physical Returns

• As vouchers are digital and contain unique codes, they cannot be physically returned.

3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• The voucher code is invalid or unusable due to our error.

• Our spa is permanently closed before the voucher can be redeemed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Expired vouchers.

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment).

5. How to Request a Refund

• Provide your order number, voucher code, and a clear explanation of the issue.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
