In general, domestic shipments are shipped within 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). Order completion time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. ADDRESS CHANGE
We cannot change the delivery address after the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@stepfreak.com.
E. Cancellation of Order
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcel Damaged in Transit
